Our portfolio of agave spirits and sotol is made up of family-owned brands which introduce no additives to their finished products. Over 85% of the tequila marketplace are brands which use additives like sweeteners, glycerin, oak extracts, and caramel colour to give their products attributes which might not have been present in the original distillate, such as smoothness or a more "aged" appearance. According to the Tequila Regulatory Committee (CRT) of Mexico, a tequila may be considered "100% Puro de Agave" even if 1% of the total volume consists of such additives.

Alma del Jaguar Tequila is a hand-crafted, sustainably produced tequila developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded NOM 1414 estate; master distiller, Sergio Cruz; and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy. Among their many attributes, they are made with 100% natural ingredients with no additives - only freshly pressed agave juice, water, and yeast; they also contribute to one of the world's largest jaguar conservation projects, assisting in the upkeep of over 180,000 acres of jaguar habitat with their proceeds.

Fidencio Mezcal was started by 4th generation Maestro Enrique Jiménez in 2007 using generations of family knowledge and only estate grown Espadín and responsibly sourced wild agave. Named in honor of Enrique’s great grandfather, Fidencio Mezcal embodies the classic spirit and deep seated traditions of the family's lineage which continues in this family owned and run palenque.
